Refund Policy

Cooling-off window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment provided you have attended no more than the first two live sessions.

Refunds are considered on a pro-rated basis for exceptional circumstances (medical, family emergency), evaluated case by case.

Refunds for corporate engagements are governed by the executed statement of work between the parties.
